Copper Saucepan 2019

Congratulations to Thomas Lloyd ( second from the left) on winning this years HEYHA Copper Saucepan Award for the Apprentice Chef of the year 2019. Both Thomas and Jordan created two incredible two course dishes all within 40 minutes and it was a tough decision for the judges. Copper Saucepan finalists

Pictured below with the judges at East Riding College are the winners of the 2019 Copper Saucepan cook off.  Thomas Lloyd of the Beverley Arms and Jordan Stainton of the Village Hotel Hull, will now go through  to the final at The Beverley Food Festival on 6th October 2019.
