Congratulations to Thomas Lloyd ( second from the left) on winning this years HEYHA Copper Saucepan Award for the Apprentice Chef of the year 2019. Both Thomas and Jordan created two incredible two course dishes all within 40 minutes and it was a tough decision for the judges.
