Fresh in today Atlantic red bream and Hake. Also this is the time of year where fresh plaice is delicious. Try fresh skinned plaice fillets rolled and stuffed with prawns or ricotta and spinach. Pop in the oven and bake. Simple but delicious.

Stuck for ideas for dinner ? Why not try wild seabass 1-2 k caught last night or whole lemon sole?  Or you could try meagre fillet wrapped in foil and baked in the oven . This fish is so tasty there is no need to add anything. Call us to find out more
