Copper Saucepan 2019
Congratulations to Thomas Lloyd ( second from the left) on winning this years HEYHA Copper Saucepan Award for the Apprentice Chef of the year 2019. Both Thomas and Jordan created two incredible two course dishes all within 40 minutes and it was a tough decision for the judges. Will Purdy presented both finalists with their prize money, which they both thoroughly deserved.
